Organic

Organic. Chemically, a compound or molecular structure containing carbon bonded to hydrogen. Organic compounds make up all living matter. If it was once a living organism it is organic this includes oil, flammable gasses and coal collectively these are known as hydrocarbons.

Of course the organic foods definition is different and I will not attempt to cover that here at this time.
