Conservation of Energy

The law in science that energy (or its equivalent in mass) can’t be either created or destroyed

a principle stating that the total energy (or mass or momentum) in a system remains constant regardless of changes within the system

principle stating that energy can be converted from one form into another but it cannot be destroyed or created; the total amount of energy remains constant.
